Project aims to address problem of minority policy in Georgia. Within the framework of the project community leaders representing ethnic minorities and local self-government bodies will strengthen their capacities; citizens representing ethnic minorities will be aware of their right for social and political participation in the local community life and exercise their rights; methodology for gradual reform of the local self-government and development of local initiatives through the participatory approach will be developed and tested in practice; citizens concerns are raised in public forum and addressed by central and local government officials.
