Requirements Transit Visa

•  Filled in application form
  
•  At least 3 months valid and not older than 10 years international passport
  
• Copy of holder page of the applicant’s passport
  
• Copy and original of Georgian identity card
  
• 1 passport-size recent photograph (3x4 cm)   Biometrie in het paspoort
• Valid visa of the main destination country (+ copy of the visa)
  
• In case you stay overnight in Amsterdam: a voucher or a hotel reservation by fax from the concerned hotel containing a registration number
  
• A fully booked return flight ticket through The Netherlands (+ copy of the ticket)
  
• Handling fee (€ 60)

All Georgian documents have to be submitted together with the English translation and legalised by a notary

In case the submitted documents are not correct or insufficient, the Embassy is always entitled to insist on submitting additional documents!
