Requirements Tourist Visa

·         Filled in application form

·         At least 3 months valid and not older than 10 years international passport

·         Copy of holder page of the applicant’s passport

·         Copy and original of Georgian identity card

·         1 passport-size recent photograph (3x4 cm)  Biometrie in het paspoort

·         Filled in application form

·         Valid (at least 6 months) international passport

·         Copy of last page of the applicant’s passport

·         Copy and original of Georgian identity card

·         1 passport-size recent photograph (3x4 cm)

·         A hotel reservation by fax from the concerned hotel containing a registration number

·         Work certificate or Student card

·         Last 3 months salary slips approved by Tax office

·         Proof of solvency (minimal  € 32,00 a day excl. hotel costs) - last 3 months bank statement

·         Reservation of a fully booked flight ticket Tbilisi - Amsterdam – Tbilisi

·         Handling fee (equivalent in € 60)

·         Handling fee € 60 for adults, € 35 for children age 6-12 years, free for children younger then 6 years   

·         Copy and original of travel/medical insurance for the period of the time requested + 15 supplem. days 

·         In case of minor travelling with only one of the parents: certified permission of the another parent together with copies of their passports; unabridged birth certificate of a child    

·         All Georgian documents have to be submitted together with the English translation and legalised by a notary

·         In case the submitted documents are not correct or insufficient, the Embassy is always entitled to insist on submitting additional documents!
