Requirements Private Visit

·         Filled in application form

·         At least 3 months valid and not older than 10 years international passport

·         Copy of holder page of the applicant’s passport

·         Copy and original of Georgian identity card

·         1 passport-size recent photograph (3x4 cm)  Biometrie in het paspoort

·         Original (+copy) of the legalised invitation from a Netherlands citizen or a foreigner who is a permanent resident in the Netherlands (when the referent is married in community of property the spouse also has to sign the invitation)

·         Copy of the passport of the referent

·         Recent (last 3 months) salary specification and banking details (last 3 months) as well as a copy of the work contract of the referent. This contract should be valid for at least one year (minimum required net income per month is EURO 1098.84)

·         Student’s card in case the concerned person is studying in Georgia

·         Work certificate

·         Reservation of a fully booked flight ticket Tbilisi - Amsterdam – Tbilisi

·         Handling fee € 60 for adults, € 35 for children age 6-12 years, free for children younger then 6 years   

·         Copy and original of travel/medical insurance for the period of the time requested + 15 supplem. days   

·         In case of minor travelling with only one of the parents: certified permission of the another parent together with copies of their passports; unabridged birth certificate of a child    

All Georgian documents have to be submitted together with the English translation and legalised by a notary

In case the submitted documents are not correct or insufficient, the Embassy is always entitled to insist on submitting additional documents!
