Requirements Business Visa

·         Filled in application form

·         At least 3 months valid and not older than 10 years international passport

·         Copy of holder page of the applicant’s passport

·         Copy and original of Georgian identity card

·         1 passport-size recent photograph (3x4 cm)   Biometrie in het paspoort

·         Original (+copy) invitation from the concerned (foreign) company in The Netherlands, including details about his/her business trip and guarantees (travel costs, food& lodging paid by the referent)

·         Chamber of Commerce extract of the inviting company

·         Proof of solvency (last 3 months bank statement)

·         A hotel reservation by fax from the concerned hotel containing a registration number

·         Work certificate

·         Last 3 months salary slips approved by Tax office

·         Reservation of a fully booked flight ticket Tbilisi - Amsterdam – Tbilisi

·         Handling fee € 60

·         Copy and original of travel/medical insurance for the period of the time requested + 15 supplem. days 

All Georgian documents have to be submitted together with the English translation and legalised by a notary.

In case the submitted documents are not correct or insufficient, the Embassy is always entitled to insist on submitting additional documents!
