For a stay longer than 3 months or work/study related purposes, an “MVV” (authorisation for temporary residence permit) is necessary.

Information on the procedures of MVV can be found at the website of the Immigration and Naturalization Service ( www.ind.nl) of the Netherlands Ministry of Justice.

Citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia who want to apply for an MVV can submit their applications in person at this Embassy.  Please make an appointment at the consular department telephone service and mention that you want to apply for MVV. The embassy has to obtain approval from the immigration authorities in the Netherlands for the issuance of a temporary residence permit. In case of approval of the application, applicants have to submit their passports to the Embassy in order to receive a visa (MVV) sticker.
