The Consular Department of the Embassy is responsible for Consular Services in Georgia and Armenia, such as issuance of Dutch passports and emergency travel documents, issuance of visas, legalisation of documents and, if needed, provision of assistance to Dutch citizens in emergency cases.

Opening hours for the Consular Department are on Monday to Thursday from 09:00 - 13:00 hours.
